After-sales warranty service terms

This warranty service policy is provided by [Shenzhen Serisvape Technology Co., Ltd] (hereinafter referred to as "the company or we"). This warranty service policy is between the company and the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the "consumer or "you") regarding Shenzhen Return, replacement and repair related service policies of Serisvape Technology Co.,Ltd.

2. Service policy

1Seven days no reason return service

1.1 When you purchase Serisvape cartridges, cigarette rods and other products and unpack them and the packaging and appearance are not damaged and the secondary sales are not affected, you can apply to us for no reason within seven days from the day after you receive the products. For returns, we will refund the price you paid for the goods in the original way within seven days from the date we receive the high-quality goods you returned.


1.2 You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the goods.


1.3 When you use points, vouchers, coupons, etc. to pay for high-end products, we will return it to you in the same form you paid.


1.4 Taking into account the objective situation that credit card handling fees are collected by the issuing bank, if you use a credit card payment method and pay the handling fee when purchasing goods, the handling fee will not be refunded; when you purchase goods, you use a credit card payment method and we will bear and pay the handling fee. When refunding, we have the right to deduct the handling fee


1.5 When you return the product, you should return the product itself, accessories and physical gifts together. If the gifts cannot be returned together, we will refund you the balance of the product after deducting the price of the gift, or you can choose to pay us the price of the gift first. Get a full refund; if the gift is points, vouchers, coupons, we have the right to cancel, delete, etc. the points, vouchers, coupons, etc. that have been given.


1.6 After you purchase a set or enjoy a full discount promotion, if you only request a return for some of the items in the set or full discount promotion, if you are no longer able to enjoy the benefits due to the number of items sold out, we will return the goods based on the price of each item at the time of your purchase. Settlement will be based on the unit price, and any excess will be refunded or less will be replenished.


1.7 When you purchase, you meet the requirements of the free shipping activity and have enjoyed free shipping, but if you no longer meet the requirements of the free shipping activity after returning the product, we can deduct the shipping fee when returning the product.


1.8Serisvape cartridges and cigarette rods are products that need to be used in contact with the skin, taking safety and health issues into consideration. Furthermore, Serisvape cartridges are consumables and use food-grade materials. They cannot be resold after being opened. Serisvape requires chemical cartridges and stems once unpacked and cannot be returned or exchanged without quality or workmanship issues.


2. Free exchange and free repair service for returns due to quality problems

2.1 When you find that there are quality problems with Serisvape cartridges or cigarette rods, you can report it to us in the manner described in this warranty service policy and send the problematic product to us according to the contact information we provide, and we will deal with it. If there are problematic products, we will test them. If the test results are quality problems, we will provide you with returns, free exchanges, and free repair services for cigarette rods. For cigarette cartridges, we will provide you with purchase and free exchange services. You can Choose one of these;


2.2 We will bear the shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and repairs due to quality problems.


2.3 Returns: When there are quality problems with the cigarette rods and cartridges, the return period is within 7 days from the date you receive the goods. When you choose to return the goods, we will return the original goods within 2 working days from the date we receive your returned goods. You will be refunded the price you paid for the goods. For other policies related to returns, please refer to Article 2, Paragraph 1, 1.3 to 1.7 of this Warranty Service Policy.


2.4 Free exchange: When there are quality problems with the cigarette rods and cartridges, the exchange period is within 15 days from the date you receive the product. When you choose to exchange, we will exchange it within 2 working days from the date we receive your product. Within, we will send you other products according to your receiving address.


2.5 Free maintenance: When the cigarette rod has quality problems, the free maintenance period is 1 year from the date you receive the cigarette rod (the "warranty period"). When you choose to repair, you can apply for maintenance services in accordance with this warranty service policy and return the cigarette to the manufacturer. The rod is mailed to our designated address. When our maintenance staff determines that the rod cannot be repaired or the repair cost is too high, we will directly provide you with a new rod. We will mail you a new product or a new product within 2 working days of receiving the rod. Repaired products;


2.6 Our test results have found no quality problems or the test results have found that it was artificially damaged or improperly stored. We cannot provide returns, free exchanges or free repair services. At this time, you can apply for paid exchanges and paid repair services in accordance with this warranty service policy. .


3. Paid replacement and repair services

3.1 If the cigarette rod is damaged due to accidental falling, squeezing, collision, disassembly or improper use or improper storage, you can apply for a paid exchange or paid repair service in accordance with this warranty service policy and mail the cigarette rod to our designated location. When our maintenance personnel determine that the cigarette rod cannot be repaired or the repair cost is too high, we will directly provide you with a new cigarette rod. We will mail the new product or the repaired product to you within 2 working days after receiving the cigarette rod;


3.2 You shall be responsible for the freight incurred during the paid exchange or repair of the tobacco rod.
